The hotel had some great aspects such as a clean and elegant room with a nice bathroom, although it felt a bit claustrophobic. The service was friendly and helpful overall but lacking some professionalism. The location was excellent for exploring the city, with some areas lacking ambiance. The dining experience varied between delicious options and poor quality items.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, perfect for a short stay after a very long day, and just cost about £5 extra. The service was friendly and helpful, making all the best efforts to ensure we had a nice time there. The location was great, near shops, places to eat, and within walking distance of the sights of Ronda. As for the dining experience, it was very good, offering your basic continental breakfast, all kept very clean and continuously well-stocked.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was superb, close to the promenade and main attractions of Ronda, but the dining experience fell short with limited healthy options. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms had varying views and cleanliness levels, but the facilities left something to be desired.

Rooms
7.0
I stayed in a room with a great outlook over the street, light, and airy, but unfortunately, it had a strong smell like cleaning fluid. The sleeping arrangement was convenient with a full bed plus a twin.
Service
9.0
The staff, especially Susan and Tereśa, were incredibly helpful, polite, and kind. They went the extra mile by recommending places to eat and visit, ensuring our comfort throughout.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location was simply perfect, being very close to the promenade, Puente Nuevo, and the main pedestrian road of Ronda. It was ideal for exploring the main tourist attractions of the city on foot.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit disappointing, with dry bacon and eggs and a lack of healthy options. The selection leaned towards sugar-packed products and white bread, except for the fruits.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel lacked in terms of dining options and room cleanliness. However, it made up for this by offering Japanese dishes for those looking for alternatives.

The hotel has a perfect location right next to the main high street, making it ideal for exploring beautiful Ronda. The rooms, though clean with good wardrobe space, lack natural light and proper ventilation. The service was friendly and helpful, but missed some opportunities. The dining experience was a mix of average and disappointing, offering limited options for breakfast. The hotel's location remains its strongest point.

Rooms

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, offering easy access to all that Ronda has to offer, and the receptionist was super nice and provided excellent tapa recommendations. On the downside, the rooms felt cramped, dark, and extremely noisy, almost like being in a prison cell. Additionally, finding the hotel by car was a bit tricky due to the one-way streets in the area.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in felt more like a prison cell - tiny, dark, and extremely noisy. It was located at a small patio with a roof, at the end of a poorly lit corridor.
Service
9.0
The service was fantastic, with the receptionist offering great tapa recommendations and being super nice. Housekeeping also did a great job.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was ideal for those who want to be among the crowds of Ronda and explore the town easily. However, it was a bit challenging to find by car due to the one-way streets.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were plentiful but unimaginative, primarily featuring local products. While there were decent choices, there wasn't a wide range of warm options available.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. While nothing extraordinary, everything was functional and clean.
